Introduction
The professional certificate in Mindfulness is a comprehensive six week course that involves participants learning core mindfulness principles and engaging in mindfulness practice through a holistic view that involves being mindful of emotions, thoughts, relationships, health and wellbeing. Participants learn a range of mindfulness exercises and receive weekly feedback on their progress. Participants meet once a week for a three hour class over six consecutive weeks.Â
